The above photo, Awesome Burger, is called "Chicken Burger Ala Japan".

It has nice texure and rich flavor.

The chiken is minced and flied with bread crumbs, the way of japanese.

Homemade tomato sauce and lettuce are with it.
If you add a Cheese and Egg, it's like that!
